Trauma dumping on strangers is my god given right!

“Ok, so why haven’t you been at work and didn’t tell us for a month??!?”
“Well, it started with procrastinating work cuz I forgot my meds, then I remembered I had to take 3 weeks leave now (or risk fines etc.), and then I realized you and colleagues where angry. As my brain shuts down as soon as I have to explain myself to someone who I’ve disappointed or wronged, I was too scared.
That triggered my fear of being alone again, including my trauma of being left (by my, as I saw it, bff of 6/7 years or smth, and the first person I actually liked and loved ever; and others).
Anyway, my anxiety spiraled and I’m at my dads place now because the only way to know to help myself then is drugs”
