You can get a mini computer and mount it to the VESA mounting point on the rear of a compatible monitor. Not quite screen only, but pretty close and has roughly the same footprint aside from a little extra cabling.
just2look@lemmy.zipto Ask Lemmy@lemmy.world•What's the worst change made in a movie adaptation of a book?13·2 days agoThe book is wonderfully written, and actually fairly insightful from a disaster preparedness and policy standpoint. It’s been a while since a read it so forgive me if the details aren’t exactly correct. Its written from the viewpoint of a journalist traveling the world post zombie apocalypse. He is collecting stories from survivors of various major events that happened during the zombie outbreak. Each chapter details a different event conveyed by a different witness, so it’s not a cohesive single plot story. More like working notes of someone preparing to write a history of a major global disaster. It highlights some of the mistakes made and lessons learned as events unfolded.
It’s a letter called a thorn. Its from old English, and was used for the ‘th’ sound. Its been largely removed from the languages that used to use it. I dunno why they have decided to try to bring it back, but that’s what the letter is.
The mRNA vaccine has a shockingly low rate of side effects or adverse reactions. Nearly all of the negatives were less severe versions of symptoms and impacts from COVID. So even if you were impacted by a negative side effect it was likely you were still better off vaccinated than not.
