Your first statement says none. Your second statement says none except for the ones that did, that’s not the same thing.

An accurate sentence would be:

Besides the five women that accused him, no other female comedian or actress he’s worked with have said anything negative about him.

But, to say no female comedian has complained is just false, 4 of them weren’t anonymous.
