It’s even worse when one side in it’s entirety says “this person has dementia and is unfit to lead”, then immediately chooses to vote for the person that’s roughly the same age instead of somebody two decades younger.

When the progressive or leftist or liberal group says it, they mean it. When the right wing media says it, they are just repeating the normal propaganda news cycle.
