but burning a palestinian flag is free speech, I’m sure.
If the flag symbolizes those who are ethnically Jewish, then to me, that’s the fault of the person who originally selected the flag, or the fault of the nation for being inherently racist itself. It should always be an acceptable political statement to burn the flag of a nation.
Welcome to the Fascist States of America
Banning of protest?
With love from 🇬🇧
I’ll just continue burning American flags, I guess. 🤷♂️
Well, time to burn that flag and use the image as profile photos
This feels like the opposite of progressive politics
can you post a shareable link? This won’t actually fly in the US more than the 10 seconds a headline works for.
I … hope?
thank you!
I’m Jewish. If I burn the Israeli flag, is it a hate crime? What if I do it while singing Ma Tovu? What about Hatikva? Fun fact about Hatikva, I learned over the past decade or so that the part about living free in our own land is about having the sovereignty to not let other people live free in their own lands. Preferably to not live at all!
Back to the topic, though. Surely, it’s gotta be the most anti-antisemitic if I were to sing Es Brent while burning the flag, right??? If anything, it’s a wonderful reminder of how we got here. It’s gotta be pretty cool to hear that song from the other side for once, right???
fair, if we want change we should burn Netanyahu instead
