    If there was anything that could fit as the allegory to a second gilded age, this fits the bill.

    Bozos renting out all of Venetia is a close second.

    Literally my parents right now re: tariffs. “Yeah the situation in Gaza sucks but look at all the money they’re raking in from tariffs”…

    So fucking what none of that is helping us

      Also, there’s no money coming in, only investment pledges to make Trump look good. Bottom line is that prices are increasing for americans.
