Friendly reminder, 5 out of 9 SCOTUS seem to have taken bribes and are POS:

    • Jane Roberts, who is married to Chief Justice John Roberts, made $10.3 million in commissions from elite law firms, whistleblower documents show Note: It’s not in the title, but he presided over one of their cases.
    • Calls for Clarence Thomas Impeachment Vote After Report Exposes Billionaire-Funded Trips
    • Kavanaugh accuser Ford testifies she ‘believed he was going to rape’ her & The Mystery of Brett Kavanaugh’s Baseball-Ticket Debt
    • FBI interviewed individuals who accuse Amy Coney Barrett faith group of abuse
    • Justice Samuel Alito Took Luxury Fishing Vacation With GOP Billionaire Who Later Had Cases Before the Court
    • Law firm head bought Gorsuch-owned property

The backlash from the dance with fascism better result in amendments to fix the court, on top of making corporations subordinate to living humans in another amendment.

Capitalism only works with strong regulations to keep capital out of public services. Mind your own godamn business.

Congress is the real problem in all of this. They’ve abdicated all of their power.

Congress should have impeach Trump. They should have impeached at least Clarence Thomas for the blatant bribery. Merrick Garland should have been on the bench. They shouldn’t have allowed most of this.

If there’s one defective branch of government, it’s Congress. They were supposed to be the balance vs the other two.

If they feared voters and not donors, that gets solved quickly. They’re still gerrymandering because they dont want to have to listen to voters.

Edit: I supposed I forgot to mention i mean that citizens united needs to be addressed specifically in an amendment to keep corporate and billionaire interests in check.

          Congress should have impeach Trump.

They did, twice. Lot of good it did when all spineless sycophantic R’s vote against it.

I remember when Roberts was nominated by W.

He was a piece of shit… A young piece of shit and I knew we were fucked for decades.

    Regan > W > Trump

The three worst presidents in history in order in terms of damage they have done.

Although Trump is gunning for W’s spot.

Trump is going to exceed W’s American citizen death list pretty soon but not the Iraqi one; that’s hard to beat.

Trumps already done that with COVID. The US had 50% of the COVID deaths worldwide. Totalling well over a million American citizens. Which is more dead Americans than from all the wars we’ve ever fought in combined.

Hm, good thing no Democrat judge ever did something like outright stating they’re taking a side and ignoring the law, and also put in their opinion that their ruling won’t stand without law changes.

      Be an adult:

List a single Democrat judge that has done this and how. Then compare it to the list provided by OP.

This is called critical analysis. It will easily reveal a completely different answer than what you are implying.

Since you’ve clearly never done this analysis yourself, you’ve likely trusted someone else to do it for you. Which allows you to be manipulated.

Other people can’t tell you these results if you are willing to just do them yourself.

So do it here and prove you aren’t just repeating what others told you.

I’m sure your one example is much more relevant than the thousands of times it happened on the other side. Exactly the same. Yup. Totally logical and sane.

If you want a perfect circlejerk and never to hear why youre wrong, I recommend going back to Reddit. You can be shocked along with the rest of Reddit when elections dont go the way you expect too.

Yes, we heard all the propaganda already and it is why we have the conservative majority now who are using “originalism” AKA imaginary dead founding fathers’ feels to decide case law.

It is always a projection. Reviewing all the supposed liberal case law the conservatives hate so much just shows the courts catching up to the times decades too late.

In typical fashion the conservatives felt their imaginary way of life threatened so they created a propaganda campaign to frame these late to the game, but reasonable, decisions as left wing lunacy.

This lasted for thirty years or longer but it eventually cumulated in getting multiple conservative extremist elected to SCOTUS. The liberal judicial activism was just a made up rallying cry to stack the court.
