Has anyone done the numbers nationwide? If everyone min-maxes their preferred party, where would we stand? What gains would be made? So wins?
Haven’t done the math, but the prevailing thought seems to be red states already extensively gerrymandered their districts to retain what they have, blue states potentially have more juice to squeeze.
Red states outnumber blue states close to 2 to 1 though. Even if blue gains more proportionally they might still lose more overall.
