Not sure how c4 and c5 were criminals. Totally needed the hint for them.
The clue said that column c had the most criminals and another said that only column b had 3 criminals, so you know that columns c and d both have at least 4, so column c must have all 5 criminals.
Hmmm, I see - I was thinking C could have 4 or 5. I didn’t get it had to have 5. Thanks,
