Meta seems to really want to overcorrect… they demanded Meta remove their diversity policies, so Meta said that they’d do one better and just start stringing people up in the office.

I get the distinct impression that most of the focus for GPT5 was making it easier to divert their overflowing volume of queries to less expensive routes.

Basically, the only reason some of these vaguely functional AI tools actually work okay is because they haven’t been ruined with inevitable monetisation yet.

Firefox really does seem to have lost the plot… they don’t seem to go five minutes without slamming their dick in another drawer. It starts to look like they’re in to it.

Does their app need to be 250k lines? Who knows… definitely not them.
