And need to mention that he mentioned a tyrant - which is a tyranny. That’s sort of a deviation where leaders ignore constitutions and are indeed bullies that love suffering above all.

Infrequently. Sometimes like 5 euros. Could do more but I am not fully reliant on open source. I wish ublock origin accepted donations though.
What I will say is that if you donate small amounts, saving up is better if possible. I know some charities I donate to mentioned transaction charges could be 1 or 2 euros per transaction. So donating a low amount could really eat into your donation.

Its the worst. Always try a “Netherlands” and get a “what??” in return and then say “Holland” - “ooooooh HOLLAND!”…
I used both. Am from 93.

Any recommendation for YT channels that don’t use clickbait and fluff videos? Even Meidas seems to spam meaningless shit every few hours.

You’re technically 100% correct. Yet it will not change my experience at all, like the other person said.
If proprietary tech isn’t developed for it, how would you get the masses to use it? Windows is almost entirely enterprise now, too.

On top of my mind are at least the following issues: Panel bar is not duplicated by default. Trying to copy it is the worst experience ever. Won’t even be synced.
There is no time shown on the 2nd screen at all. What??
Some apps open randomly on primary screen and cannot get them to stick on 2nd depending on the app. Yes I tried. Firefox was the worst.
Dragging from one to the other or using shortcuts is far less intuitive and fast than Windows.
Couldn’t change notification popup area to somewhere else.
Going from login screen to user select / power menu freaks out my DPI suddenly and makes it extremely frustrating to click a tiny button.
These are major issues IMO and I spent countless hours trying to fix them and they either wont work or so poorly I will not rely on it.
That being said I was planning on trying KDE plasma. Its just that literally everyone I spoke to told me Linux Mint is better than sliced bread and will solve every issue known to man kind. It was oversold and missed the mark by A LOT for me. It misses so many customizable settings.
Great choice for someone who literally has a laptop and only ever uses their browser I guess.
I need full customization in every regard and preferably basic stuff in a GUI. Cannot spend hours trying to find a terminal command that hopefully changes something and doesnt break or worse.

Well, I have and I am in that situation. So it’s not up to par yet for business purposes due to proprietary tech.
And Linux Mint I cannot get dual monitors to properly work (yes 2 screens, but every GUI element is prehistoric. Lots of issues).

Yes that is my next step. Am still debating whether Debian will be okay for gaming where it might need more frequent GPU driver updates.

Oh for sure and the learning curve itself is not the problem. But proprietary software is a big issue still. My brother had the exact same experience for his job.
And it makes sense, why would a company develop something on a platform that is not used in that company.
But it is a huge barrier. Need to run a dual OS or stay Windows.
Its exactly that temp here and I wear a hoodie in this time of year. I think its more related to (recent) physical activity than just poor circulation.

When I think of Australia and the things that can kill me, I think of the billion insects, small or big. And the countless poisonous or toxic things that I could encounter. Even while going to the toilet.
I too, would choose the bear.

I’ll go ahead and share my experience with Mint so far. Gaming worked mostly fine which is pleasing.
I couldn’t get many basic features working correctly for my dual monitor set up. Even after putting in the time to research.
I couldn’t get multiple proprietary programs to work for my job.
The customization in settings is extremely limited.
I have to mess around with complex terminal commands I do not fully understand every time I need to do something more than use my browser.
I will try another distro this year, but it is definitely not a foolproof experience.
A lot of things Windows does easily, I took for granted.

That’s why personally I love the pendulum theory - or the big bounce. Makes it feel like a race we can win or lose and then it restarts the game. Try again!

Correction : they.

Well, most don’t seem to remember it at all. It’s why you are in this situation.

We wash them after using them. Replace when broken after years.

Arrr matey, this pleases the seas.

Hard to find something truly credible bit here is what I found: https://www.theguardian.com/sustainable-business/2015/may/26/disposable-wipes-sewer-toilet-cities-flushable
So our government/water agencies are actually suffering from big problems, even with modern sewer systems. They actively warn not to flush any wipes.
Take it as you will, but biodegradable does not mean it degdrades fast, or even in time.
Having a bin next to your toilet is the answer.
