Why go for the hen when you can have the sparrow…

A couple of years ago i sold a car and was paid in cash (12.000 €), its not so much a problem to carry around… i mean, its only 24 500,- € notes or 60 200,- € notes, you surely don’t need a suitcase, an envelope is absolutely enough.

Aaaand another little slice of personal freedom gone…

Or some remains of the rather explosive variant…

Who wears a smoking in a theme park in the first place?

Reliance on soviet / russian gas and oil wasn’t a bug, it was a feature designed with the thought that it will stabilise relations. Of course, nobody has envisioned the stupidity of current russian leadership, soooo…

So, you say if we only wish hard enough wind turbines and solar parks will suddenly spawn in all suitable areas? That’s amazing!
Sooo… you claim Brave is created by an artist, a piece of Art, one may day?

Gatekeeping is sometimes necessary, otherwise you end up with a project that was cool at some time in the past.

Why? I can fully unterstand a person working a hard job, having family and more than a handful of things to care about saying to themselves “Nah… no time or energy to look into that, I use what already works”

As German as myself 😃 And to make this encounter even more funny: My Grandfather was head of a AAA crew…

With regular bombs targeting military factories and logistical hubs at night? No, because those are military targets and there was minimal risk to civilians.
I bet - if she was still around - my grandma would have a good laugh at the “minimal risk” part…
But besides that: Bombing a parade where high ranking military personal and valuable military hardware is present is then surely ok - especially if you consider how much more precisely targeted a drone strike is compared to bombing raids in WWII

Ok, let me ask you a little question about history: Was it a war crime to bomb… say… the Ruhr valley in Germany during WWII?

Why? I mean… yeah, i see the strategic dangers of doing so (including making Putin something of a martyr), but otherwise? I think at this point in the war (or the world) nobody really cares any more about the rules and customs of war.

Honestly… i don’t think that this would matter in this particular war anymore…

This is a good thing. I mean: I don’t give a flying fuck if the owner of a company is a Nazi if that leads to a shift away from gas powered vehicles.

Are we?

I was a paying customer of Mistral for about a year, it’s quiet good… but nevertheless I moved to Google this month. Gemini is - at least in my experience - simply oh so much better…

I don’t know why everyone in the comments is freaking out, it’s the most likely outcome.
I mean: What has Ukraine to gain by spending young men’s lives to regain territory already lost? To ask a famous question asked by a certain band: What’s the price of a mile?
Nope, not banned, just not in print since 2019. The notes are still valid and in use.
