Well, may I tell you about “Perfect Heroine Wants to Possess Me” which technically is inside of the omegaverse. But pretty much uses its “world building” (which I assumed was mostly to allow mpreg) to make a genuine good story about breaking the social norms n stuff. I see that as a win for sapphic writing.
