    Depends on the location, doesn’t it? There are plenty of well serviced suburbs around the world.

      Seriously depends on what you consider “well serviced”. If “a bus every two hours” is well serviced for you, fine.

        There are also plenty of suburbs around the world which are well serviced by any definition.

        I’m not here to argue that public transport is ideal for everyone, but that it can work great even outside city centres. And if public transport sucks where you are, it’s not because it’s impossible to have good public transport in the suburbs. If someone tells you it’s impossible outside city centres, they either don’t know or are lying.
