It looks to me like the he was carrying concealed and they didn’t notice until they had him down and that spooked the untrained chuds so they opened fire.

I guarantee they’re not going to attempt to take down the Black Panthers open-carrying AR’s, or anyone else out there showing an actual posture of meeting force with force.
