It’s ok. I like mentioning it to folks who sympathize with lil arab, who may actually be new, and may not be aware they have ADHD, and can work a plan to become better versions of themselves. I’ve been on the receiving end of ADHD defenses much too often, often to my detriment. I’m glad we have distances ourselves time and time again, but I would hate folks lose friends for an undiagnosed defense mechanism.
