Lil Mike needs some knee pads and jaw ointment for the work he’s doing.

BRIGHT RED LINE. We have never suspended elections, not even during the Civil War, and we won’t now, either. And even if they do suspend elections, most states won’t comply, even some Red states.

Let’s see them try to take the elections away in only certain states, and enforce it using ICE or some other militarized Federal organization. That will be the beginning of the Second Civil War.

They don’t need to take the elections away, they can just post ICE agents nearby “to stop illegals from fraudulently voting”. It will put off many, and they can also wrongly arrest a bunch until the polls close then let them go again.

That is actually something you can legally fight back on. By federal law voter intimidation is a “clear and present danger”. Stopping someone from going to the polls is a very literal “fuck around and find out”. Calling the police on ICE for doing it will just be an optional courtesy.

I’m really sorry, but the law will not protect you. ICE have infamously acted contrary to at least half a dozen amendments to the US constitution and no one has been arrested. They have fucking judges passing down orders just being ignored. The rule of law is over. Buy a gun.

Well, Im not going to up and say bring a gun to the polls with you, but the law is very clear that blocking a voting location is voter intimidation and voter intimidation is basically a hostile act … its a crime. That means an armed citizen can legally defend himself against that hostile act.

I’m not arguing with you about what the law states, my point is that it doesn’t matter what the law states because they’ll ignore the law. I strongly encourage everyone in the US to arm themselves because soon it’ll be too late.
