I don’t smell anything after I sneeze… You should probably check with a doctor to make sure you don’t have an infection.
What?
Boogers. It’s when you realize you can smell boogers.
If it smells like decomposing calcium, you have tooth decay and should see a dentist. Most sneezes don’t smell.

Tonsil stones?
You guys have a smell after you sneeze? I just feel pain throughout my body after them sometimes.
You either have tonsil stones or a chronic sinus issues. Talk to an actual doctor.
Edit: But in answer to your question … the smell is bacteria that your sneeze has stirred up.
Tonsil stones are basically piles of bacteria. Chronic sinus infections are more bacteria. Those are the two most likely sources.I can’t describe it, but I know EXACTLY what you mean.
I always wonder if things always smell this way and the sneeze just removed what was covering it up from my nose.
Citrus
Blood and brain.
How often do you brush your teeth? Maybe the sneeze is drawing in mouth-air?
Honey?
This is so fascinating because yeah, a sneeze isn’t supposed to smell, this is entirely unrelatable to me.
