These things may be old, but they still have their uses today.

I still have a used, fairly high-quality audio system from the late 90s, i.e. an amplifier with good speakers, which is connected to my computer – a Bluetooth receiver for my cell phone is also connected (as well as a mixer and preamplifier for a record player).

I highly recommend it: great sound quality for little money.

I always thought that “zombie internet” was a more appropriate term than “dead internet.”

Yes, there were some of the largest protests ever organized by citizens, because it’s so painfully obvious, but for equaly obvious reasons, none of that was reported as it should have been.

So it’s just business as usual - nice try - and people are resigning themselves to the establishment of a dictatorship. Cause hey, yes, to be honest, it’s hardly any different from the situation over the last twenty years. But beware: You’ll definitely find out where the difference lies if you keep going like this.

It’s interesting that this regime is already behaving as if the dictatorship it clearly aspires to has already been established. They obviously feel quite confident about their cause.

Well, they can afford to be, because it doesn’t look as if they have anything to fear in the way of consequences. Every day, I read alarming reports about abuse of power, open corruption, systematic racism, absurd policies that run counter to the interests of US citizens, blatant disregard for the law, and the involvement of high-ranking government officials in prostitution and pedophilia. But I never read anything that would suggest that those responsible are being held accountable.

I therefore assume that the establishment of a dictatorship à la Russia is already so far advanced that it won’t be prevented - and by that I mean a transformation of the plutocracy that has long been the norm in the US into an unvarnished autocracy, including all the associated methods of repression, in other words, the transformation of the US into a full-blown dictatorship.

A friend of mine is a devout Muslim from a very conservative family and a doctor: he believes that his faith has no place in his job and therefore treats all his patients equally.

I think fundamentalists of all religions should take a leaf out of his book.
