For anyone wondering, it’s tahini. Which I doubt is hiding in most of their target audience pantries, honestly.

Wow, what a weird suggestion too. Most people are avoiding cream because it’s fatty as fuck. Tahini is made of nuts, so…it’s ALSO extremely fatty. It’s probably better for you than heavy cream, but let’s be real, most people are just trying to lose fat.

Really interesting because you could also make a nice thick soup by pureeing root vegetables for instance and that actually would be healthier than cream.

It sounds like an alternative for vegans or lactose intolerant people… idk.

About the pureeing vegetables, I do that, but then I also add cream. Without it the soup thickens, but not in a creamy way, I don’t know how to explain it better. But maybe that’s just me, I love fats, oil, grease, lard, butter, tallow… still fit as fuck, tho! Mediterranean diet, baby!

Tahini is much healthier for you than cow cream. Less saturated fats, more nutrients, and better for the environment.

I saw one “People can’t stop making this summer salad!”

And I prayed for those poor people.
