On this tangent, recently I discussed the outcome with my apothecary. Conclusion is that the spray ain’t working well enough.
So now I’m wondering, might it be due to it being spray-method specifically (in which case gel may be viable), or due to it being transdermal (thus gel not being viable)? If the latter, would pills then be handier?
In my area, only patches, gel, spray, and pills are available officially, with injections available as DIY (iirc).
