Realistically you’re not aiming for ~45 hours of hyper focused work. Aim for two 1-3 hour focused sessions a day and schedule around this - lunch, walks, meetings etc.

If you’ve still got bandwidth to burn - and your goal is to get out - look into overemployment or legit avenues for self employment.

I have a 50ft HDMI cable that I snake from a laptop near my couch to a ~32in(?) TV and use as a second monitor.

For audio I have a pair of noise canceling Bluetooth headphones.

It mentions full time employment. If the org is based in Germany then I might expect similar wages for a similar company there.
